Commercial RoofIng Installation
When your building needs a new roofing system, you need a local contractor who understands both construction and business operations. From EPDM and TPO membrane installations on flat roofs to CertainTeed shingle systems on hotels, churches, and retail buildings, we install every commercial roof down to the deck — never over the top of what's already failing.
You'll work with one dedicated project manager from your first inspection to your final walkthrough, so you always know exactly who to call.

On a flat commercial roof, the Revive team doesn't tear the whole building open at once. We set a safety perimeter on the roof deck, section off the work area, and remove the old membrane in controlled sections — rolling new material into place behind the crew as they go, rather than leaving the structure exposed for longer than necessary.
New commercial installations are either EPDM black rubber membrane or TPO white membrane, depending on the structure; we generally lean toward EPDM for its long-term durability, though TPO has its own advantages on the right building. For older sections that only need targeted work, we can still bring built-up roofing (BUR) down to the deck and rebuild it correctly rather than patching over a failing system.
Ready to Start Your Commercial Roofing Installation Project?
Tell us about your building, and we'll set up an inspection. You'll be working directly with an owner-involved team that stays in the area long after the job is done — not a call center, and not a crew that disappears once the invoice is paid.
Every commercial roofing project comes with one dedicated project manager, direct access to ownership, and a clear explanation of your system options before any work begins.
Call our team or fill out our contact form to schedule an initial inspection, and we'll establish a project scope that meets all of your goals and budget.

What Sets Our Commercial Roof Installations Apart
A lot of roofing companies talk about revenue and expansion. We're not chasing multi-state licenses or bouncing between storms in other states — we stay local, we stay available, and we're still here to honor your warranty years after the crew has packed up. That matters on a commercial building, where a roof failure means lost inventory, interrupted business, or a call from your insurance carrier. If you'd like to see the full range of what we handle for businesses, our commercial roofing page covers repair, replacement, and maintenance in more detail.
Built From the Deck Up, Every Time
We use the terms roof installation and roof replacement interchangeably, because every project starts from the same point: stripping the old system off completely and inspecting the deck or sheathing underneath. Any rotted or damaged wood gets replaced before a single new material goes down. We won't cut corners on this step — it's the difference between a roof that lasts and one that fails early because a problem got covered up instead of fixed.
Plenty of commercial buildings — hotels, small businesses, churches — have steep-slope roofs instead of flat ones, and those get the same CertainTeed shingle systems we install on any project, including our Class 4 impact-resistant NorthGate shingle for buildings that need the added protection.
Because commercial sites often have staff, tenants, or customers moving in and out all day, we control the job site more tightly than a typical house call: entrances get blocked off, work areas get flagged, and we protect landscaping and building exteriors with a heavy-duty Catchall system rather than ordinary tarps.
Materials Built for Minnesota & Wisconsin Weather
For flat roofs, that means EPDM or TPO membrane systems, installed with proper attention to how materials are spread and secured so nothing shifts or causes damage underneath. For steep-slope commercial buildings, we install CertainTeed shingle systems — Landmark, Landmark Pro, and the Class 4 impact-resistant NorthGate — the same manufacturer-backed products we stand behind on every job as a Certified CertainTeed ShingleMaster and Owens Corning Preferred Contractor.
Around every roof penetration and step flashing, we install high-temperature ice and water shield as a last line of defense against water intrusion. It adds real cost to a job, and a lot of contractors skip it to save money. We don't.

One Project Manager From Estimate to Final Walkthrough
Commercial roofing shouldn't mean getting handed off from a salesperson to an installer to an accounting department. With Revive, the person who inspects your roof is the same person who manages the project and walks the finished job with you. If a question comes up mid-project, you're not waiting on hold to find "the right person" — you already have their number.
If your commercial roof was damaged in a storm, our team also manages the storm damage claims process alongside your installation, and if a section of your roof just needs targeted work rather than a full system, ask us about commercial roof repair instead. We're licensed in Minnesota (BC #QB757714) and Wisconsin (BC #061900009), so wherever your building sits in our service area, the work is done to code and backed by a real license number.

Nicole Schmidt
Revive helped us get a new roof covered under insurance - it wasn't an easy task but CJ was insistent on not giving up, and it worked!! Getting a new roof is quite the long process from start to finish, but he was always very communicative. Highly recommend.
